Terra Firma is seeking an individual to join the team based in London as an Investment and Investor Relations Professional with a focus on Korea.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Liaise with Korean Fls and Sovereign Funds with regard to potential investment in TF funds, co-investment opportunities or potential exits of portfolio businesses.
- Act as the Investor Relations person for all Korean investors and potential investors, ensuring that all queries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investment analysis including financial modelling and preparation of investment presentations for Korean investors.
- In conjunction with the Beijing Office, explore Korean interest in co-investment opportunities in China.
- Preparation of pitch books and other investor presentations in Korean.
- Co-ordination of Korean investors due diligence requirements.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
Extensive experience of producing financial analysis within either a private equity firm, hedge fund or investment bank.
Experience of working with Korean financial institutions.
Fluent spoken and written Korean, English and Chinese Mandarin
Bachelors degree from a leading university which includes quantitative subjects.
Must have successfully completed or be in the final year of completing an MBA from a leading university
