This is an exciting opportunity for a senior investment analyst to join a global mid market buy-out investor in its London office. Our client is a leading private equity investor specialising in lower mid market buy-outs across the world. It partners closely with management teams and business owners of market leading companies and builds long lasting value through close interaction, organic growth and add-on acquisitions. Responsibilities
- You will join the team as a senior investment analyst and be responsible for supporting the partners and senior investment professionals in all aspects of the investment process including market research, financial modelling, preparing investment papers, managing the due diligence process, executing the investments and post investment monitoring
- This will also include working closely with the management teams of portfolio companies
Skills we’re looking for
- A strong academic background
- Corporate finance experience gained from either an investment bank or accountancy firm
- As well as fluent spoken and written English an additional European language is highly desirable
- Strong numeracy and technical modelling skills
