Investment Banker – Real Estate – Analyst/ Associate (Tier1 bank) recruitment
As the successful candidate, you will work with the client facing senior bankers to deliver the full capabilities of the bank to the client base. You will be responsible for generating new strategic and financing ideas; working with various product teams to present our services to both existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide real estate advice to UK and international clients with focus on commercial real estate in the UK.
• Pitch and execute real estate MA transactions
• Work with UK real estate community (e.g. brokers, financing providers)
• Act as a point of entry for direct real estate-related inquiries
Application of detailed valuation/financial modelling skills
• Application of working knowledge of relevant local and international company law, stock exchange, take-over other regulations
Job Requirements
• A Graduate and have excellent academic achievements
• Post qualification experience required, preferably within IBD Real Estate, real estate finance, accounting or consulting covering Real Estate sector.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the real estate market .
• Good understanding of real estate and corporate finance
Proven experience in client relationship management
• Strong numerical background required.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, committed and have proven team working ability.
• Self motivated with high levels of personal initiative
• Languages: Fluent English is essential, fluency in Dutch, French or German is highly desirable.
