Investment Banking Analyst (TMT): Technology M&A & Venture Capital Advisory (Global Tech Boutique)
The firm is fully established in the US, both West and East coasts, giving it a significant advantage over many European based competitors which do not have a foothold in the US.
Role: Supporting senior bankers in origination, pitching and presenting to clients, running various work-streams and projects and handling day-to-day execution of buy- and sell-side MA transactions and capital raisings.

A genuine passion for TMT is extremely important and you will be tested on this – knowledge of recent deal activity within TMT, current and recent trends in the sector (e.g. in social media, mobile tech, etc) and your thoughts and views on the future shape of the market.
Our client is looking to give the right individual a significant level of responsibility in this role so it’s imperative that you demonstrate a mature and commercial approach, genuine willingness to learn and develop and excellent leadership potential. This sector remains extremely buoyant and the level of live transactions is very high within the top boutiques in this sector. You must therefore be able to handle running multiple projects at once.
