As such, this real estate investor is expanding its accounting function and is therefore offering a dynamic highly driven and motivated professional to rapidly growing real estate fund management business and play an important role in its growth.
Unlike many other roles at this level, you will be involved throughout the life of an investment from acquisition (analysing underwriting assumptions), and have full responsibility for the management, letting and financial reporting through to eventual disposition. You should expect to be involved in most of the ad hoc project work undertaken including working with the Asset Management Team on financial aspects of investments here and become an integral part of the finance team.
Given the nature of the role, we are are looking for a part qualified accountant with real estate fund accounting working for another real estate investor and is now looking for the next step in their career. We're looking for someone a high calibre indvidual who is confident with strong interpersonal skills, ambition and the ability to get on with people from all walks of life.
