Investment Banking Associate, M&A recruitment

Numbers Executive is currently sourcing an experienced Investment Banking Associate for the Melbourne office of the MA team within this fully integrated, international investment banking franchise.  We seek professionals with prior MA experience; resources experience would be preferred however is not essential.

As an MA Associate, you will be part of a broader team providing corporate MA advice to a range of clients, predominately in the Natural Resources sector. A competent stakeholder manager, you'll be well versed in developing of financial statement models, preparing company research and associated marketing materials.

With outstanding secondary and tertiary academic results (likely in finance and or engineering), you will have prior MA experience gained at a top tier bank, accounting firm or independent advisor.  Experience undertaking transactions in mining, metals or resources would be looked upon favourable however is not essential.
