The Cross Divisional Projects Architecture team support significant business change and technology implementation projects across multiple divisions and/or business units. The team are responsible for co-ordinating across the firm to deliver these initiatives as well as progressing the firm's strategic functional architecture across multiple business lines. The team covers business flows from front office to back office and has a strong focus on the integration and user acceptance testing of these new flows.

Members of the current team have varied backgrounds including financial services consulting, software development, business analysis and operations

Within the London team there is a requirement for a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILIITES

• Managing complex projects and programmes from inception to implementation
• Delivering detailed business and technology impact analysis
• Contributing to the development of our strategic functional architecture, both generally and in respect of specific project implementations
• Over-sight and / or direct management of other members of the team

The team’s role on a project varies on a project by project basis, from overall programme management to ownership of specific analysis or testing deliverables, to that of an advisory role. Projects that are indicative of the type or work that the candidate will be involved in include:
