Investment Banking VP recruitment
Investment bank seeks first or second year vice presidents for its MA banking group in Chicago. You will be exposed to industry leading senior bankers that will challenge, mentor, and drive you to the next level in your banking career. You will be exposed to numerous industries such as consumer products, basic industrials and business services.
Duties will include:
* Assist senior bankers wiht business development efforts.
* Leading transaction excecution teams constructing complex financial models for deals. *Conduct detailed due diligence on buyers, sellers, market conditions, and industry trends
* Assist senior bankers in identifying and contacting potential acquirers for sell side transactions.
* Attend and participate in pitch meetings with senior bankers
