Attend at client committee meetings for market overviews and fund manager updates,

Attend client manager meetings and support the client in discussions with the manager.

Support the delivery of investment advice on specific client projects including risk return modelling and analysis and the drafting of presentations and written advice including Asset Allocation or Strategy reviews.

Conduct fund manager searches in accordance with client briefs and prepare and deliver presentations on manager selection proposals.

Oversee and contribute to the production of regular client risk and asset allocation reports.

Contribute to the ongoing development of client reporting material to ensure its ability to support communication of strategic issues, asset allocation opportunities and client decision making.

Support the establishment and maintenance of an asset allocation framework suitable for Insurance advisory clients.

Preparation of monthly or quarterly advice and updates based on the framework for presentation to clients.

Meeting with new or existing managers to identify new/improving/deteriorating managers/products for use within the framework including preparation of relevant review documentation.

Implementing a 'best ideas’ portfolio to demonstrate a track record.

Degree educated

IMC, part qualified CFA or similar relevant qualification

4-7 years investment industry experience

- The post holder should have:

o Broad knowledge and interest in the financial sectors and markets;

o The ability to solve simple investment related queries and problems;

o Knowledge of the insurance market is essential

o Knowledge of Bloomberg, Pertrac and Wealth Manager will be advantageous

o VBA experience an advantage

o Knowledge of the Lloyds insurance market an advantage
