Investment Counsellor, Chinese Bank in Hong Kong recruitment

As an Investment Counsellor in its retail banking arm, you will drive initiatives to ensure the sales and services staff to achieve their targets. You will provide market analysis and initiate sales/product focus according to the market environment, characteristics of the clientele as well as the needs of individual customers. You will sit-in sales meetings to provide professional guidance, and organise as well as host small scales investment seminars for various purposes. You will train and coach frontline staff to ensure they deliver good results and high standard of customer service consistently, while complying with both internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
As a degree holder, you must be qualified securities dealing personnel with SFC/HKSI. It is a definite advantage if you have a CFA and CFP qualifications. You must be a highly motivated individual with excellent selling skills and hands-on experience dealing with investment products. Ability to communicate with people of all levels in English, Cantonese as well as Putonghua is a must.
