Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of wealth management products including unit trusts, FX and FX derivative structures, fixed income instruments and structured products, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Provide market analysis and initiate sales focus according to the house view, market environment and individual customer requirements to facilitate investment and financial planning.
- Sit in sales meetings with customers to provide professional guidance and ensure the sales process is handled according to the Bank’s standard.
- Organise and coordinate sales events for both internal staff and external customers.
- Train and coach support staff to deepen product knowledge and improve sales performance, as well as to ensure delivery of high quality customer service while complying with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Skills
- A university degree, preferably in business or finance, a master degree is a plus.
- Securities dealing qualifications with SFC/HKSI or equivalent, holders of CFA, CFP and CFMP will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in the financial service industry especially dealing with wealth management products such as unit trust and/or treasury products.
- A team player who is highly motivated and result-oriented with strong selling skills and ability to work with people of all levels. .
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent Putonghua is an added advantage.
