About our client
A well know and highly reputed mid market private equity fund with over EUR 10bn under management and offices across multiple European locations is currently looking to bring on board an investment executive (associate) to their London based office.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other members of the team in the evaluation of opportunities
- Participate and support the investment process from initial due diligence to execution and management of advisers up to deal completion
- Contribute to the management of the portfolio companies
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic records ideally within a UK based institution
- MA or Leverage finance experience from a top tier investment banking institution
- Demonstrable financial modeling and analytical skills and exposure to completed transactions within the UK market
- Good commercial judgment built from spending time understanding companies as part of your deal execution
- Confidence in your communication style and ability to build rapport with seniors within your team and entrepreneurs/portfolio companies
- Affinity to the UK culture
