Role Description:

The MSIM Management Administration Group seeks an associate to provide support across multiple disciplines. These include, but may not be limited to: quantitative and qualitative analysis; presentation development; content creation for a variety of divisional outlets; and involvement with both strategic and administrative business initiatives.

Key Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative data analysis using multiple, complex data sources - manipulate and summarize into a meaningful deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive presentation materials and/or monthly management reports on a variety of topics: business continuity, space strategy, expense management, contingent resources, employee programs communication channels
- Serve as the primary point person/project manager for select Divisional initiatives; responsible for coordinating internal and external resources and related deliverables

Skills Required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in Financial Services
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal - must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
- Highly process and detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Self starter who is able to work and prioritize independently, tackling complex problems with limited guidance
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel data manipulation, advanced formulas; PowerPoint creation and editing of presentations)
