About our client
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative lower mid-market investor as an investment manager. It has a number of successful funds under management and a strong portfolio. Our client is heavily involved with its portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- You’ll spend the first 12-18 months on a tailored programme where you’ll work predominantly in its portfolio companies
- During this time you’ll work closely alongside portfolio company CEO’s/CFO’s to implement new initiatives, and support the fund in achieving its goals
- Once you’ve completed this programme, you’ll use your experiences to help make new investments and be involved in all aspects of a transaction
Skills required
- You will have a background in corporate finance, transaction services, strategy consulting, corporate MA, or investment banking
- You will have strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- You will have superior inter-personal and influencing skills
- You must have experience of working in the UK and currently be based here
