Investment Manager – Private Equity recruitment
This leading Private equity fund looks to invest between £50-£200 million of equity in each transaction and to enable the businesses the guidance and expertise of the teams experience and connections in the marketplace. The focus on businesses for the fund are those that have a strong management team and sound business fundamentals.
This particular position is to be generalist and the successful applicant will have experience in tradional private equity sectors, the responsibilities of the role will be to review potential acquisitions, financial modelling, due diligence and also assisting in creating long-term value from investments. The ideal candidate is likely to come from a Management Consultancy background or equivalent and will have a strong understanding of valuation technique as well as being able to solve business issues, the team invests across Europe so any European languages are welcome but are not a pre-requisite.
