Investment Manager recruitment

Main Responsibilities:

Be part of the investment team, responsible for deal origination and execution.
Evaluating, structuring and executing transactions.
Gathering all necessary information in support of understanding and analyzing a particular industry and/ or a specific/ targeted company from public and private sources. Instilling and analyzing information in depth and summarize the findings in concise manner.
Participating in due diligence or lead a defined DD effort including interviewing the management team and liaise with all relevant parties of the business.
Independently prepare internal investment review documents and investment reports
Independently develop financial analysis products including projection and valuation models.
Negotiating or under guidance of senior with targeted investment company or portfolio clients for specific business issues and to achieve measurable outcomes.
Helping the team and seniors to periodically conduct reviews and analysis of investment portfolios. Presenting the review products in clear concise format and emphasize key points.
Be part of the fundraising team, responsible for the a variety of fundraising tasks, such as developing and maintaining investor relations; preparing marketing materials, diligence questionnaires, and fund documents; coordinating with the negotiations and investor events; managing third-party advisors and resources, etc.

Requirements Qualifications:

MBA or graduate degree on corporate finance, accounting, laws and business management from Top tire universities.
5+ years experience in investment, private equity or relevant business area with sound business judgment and/ or substantive working knowledge of certain industries.
Well understand and analyze financial statement and reports
Ability of independently conduct financial and quantitative analysis including financial projection and valuation model
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
Basic understanding and knowledge of business law and be able to review common legal documents
