The Asset Manager Services (AMS) department is an organisationestablished to provide the highest level of service to Asset Managers worldwide.
The provision of superior client service is the primary objective of AMS. As the department liaises with many internal and external clients on a local and global level, relationship building skills are essential.
Your role as an Investment Manager Representative will see you:
- Provide a first point of contact for Asset Manager relationships
- Research and provide accurate and timely resolution to queries raised by Asset Managers utilizing a query management tool
- Focus on building strong working relationships with high profile domestic and international Asset Managers
- Maintain effective internal communications with Fund Operations and State Street Support business units
- Daily review and action on Risk Management controls
- Provision of market information for Asset Managers
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Industry knowledge/experience
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Ability to speak Cantonese will prove useful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client service focus
- Good investigation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership
