Investment Property Manager (Asset Management)
Summary:
The property team has responsibility for all aspects of property investment on a global basis
Role:
· The asset management and analysis of direct/indirect real estate strategies across the UK and mainland Europe.
· Sourcing and negotiating high quality property investment opportunities.
· Contributing to strategic property investment ideas and developing the business throughout the EMEA.
Requirements:
· An analytical approach with excellent financial analysis skills and a high level of mathematical ability
· Strong experience in the real estate investment/ asset management industry, with a successful track record demonstrating sound investment management.

· To be articulate and possess excellent presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, in particular the standing and ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the Client.
· A committed and diligent team player with a proactive style and strong oral and written communications skills
