An exciting Senior Audit Manager role within the Internal Audit department of a global insurance company has recently arisen. The role of Senior Audit Manager will provide you with the opportunity for career and personal development. Reporting into the Head of Internal Audit you will be working in a team of 4, working alongside Senior Audit Managers and Audit Managers. This is a UK based role with NO travel.

Key responsibilities within this role will include undertaking financial and operational audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls, and drafting appropriate recommendations for rectifying control weaknesses. This job enables you to have autonomy within the role, as audits are conducted in teams of two.

A successful Senior Audit Manager will have experience and knowledge of audit within the financial services industry, ideally within life insurance. The candidate will also be professionally qualified and will have excellent knowledge around FSA regulation, and also experience auditing the risk and compliance functions of the organisation.
