Investment Sales Director recruitment

• Working up of strategic partnerships with large, national, regional IFAs and networks of wealth managers, accountants, banks and family offices.

• A demonstrated reputation in new business gathering and building an intermediary client base, with emphasis on relationship management from a wealth management, banking, family office or accountancy environment.

• Deliver measurable and meaningful new business by implementing a strategic, proactive and tailored approach to key organisations; developing strategic and operational relationships at all levels.

• To drive behavioural change consistently delivering meaningful new business opportunities alongside supplementing the delivery of that new business from an existing and extensive network of well-established business relationships.

Candidate specification includes; 6+ years experience within a relationship management environment and a strong track record of networking, building and maintaining long term client relationships at all levels within an organisation.

An ideal candidate should also be driven, competitive with the ambition and the desire to achieve targets.

Within its contemporary company culture an undergraduate degree is required for this role; post graduate or relevant professional qualification would be favourable.
