About the challenge

Building strong relationships with a variety of customers through regular telephone contact, you will provide them with an excellent level of service that helps them manage their investments effectively. You’ll aim to cement our reputation for delivering service excellence and ensure that all work meets current legislations and regulatory requirements. It will stretch your skills across a range of products and services such as Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) and Capital Gains Tax, and we’ll expect you to use your developing knowledge to identify additional products from within our extensive range that can help clients achieve their investment objectives.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a contact centre environment who is well versed in supplying high-quality customer service. You’ll be a bright mind with a genuine interest in investment products such as Pooled Investments, Stocks and Shares, ISAs and Personal Equity Plans. Strongly motivated and a consummate communicator, you will be the kind of person who thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to developing your professional expertise. You will also have excellent numerical skills as well as a good knowledge of the MS Office suite of products. From an academic standpoint you’re likely to be qualified to a minimum of higher grade level or equivalent.
