Investment Strategy Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
1. Work with advisors to recommend reallocations/manager changes/product changes for existing clients when appropriate.
2. Strategize with advisors to develop Investment solutions that meet prospective clients goals and objectives and craft asset allocations for CAM accounts
3. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Brinker Capital Investment products
4. Serve as primary investment contact for assigned advisors/clients
5. Participate in investment strategy meetings with portfolio managers
6. Interact with sales members on new business efforts
7. Maintain knowledge of a variety of asset classes and investment vehicles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related major
- 2+ investment industry experience
- General knowledge of investment industry including asset classes and the principles of diversification
- Working knowledge of computer software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Client Services is not required but an asset
