Investor Centre Manager

Exciting opportunity for an RDR regulated team leader to manage the investor centre of a Global Bank in a blend of first hand client relationship management and strategic business development.

The ideal candidate will lead the Investor Centre Business Unit and be responsible for the performance of the centre against client and business targets. Development in shaping the Investor Centre strategy and identifying growth opportunities will be a key element of the role, as will making sure the customer experience is industry leading and encompasses the ‘treating customers fairly’ ethos.

Some of the key competencies are as follows

· FCA Regulation Professional Integrity
· Strong Investment, Risk, Tax and Securities knowledge
· Industry qualifications level 4 or higher (e.g. CISI)
· Experience in business development and strategic implementation
· Strong Client relationship background
· Strong team leadership experience
