Investor Relations
My client is an award winning private client investment group that offer a range of services. The firm has ambitious organic growth plans and is currently recruiting for a Investor Relationship Manager to join their team in Oxford.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to develop business revenues and the firm’s reputation through optimising client satisfaction of both new and existing investors and channel partners by effective communications and client servicing, and by acting as an efficient interface with the firm’s operations and investment teams.
The role is split into two main parts, line management and strategic responsibilities.
o To help the firm meet the goals of its Operating Plan and financial Budget for fund raising and margin protection,
o To service new and existing clients with queries and account administration
o To project manage the production of Investment Reports and communications to clients
o To ensure that accurate data on client subscriptions and accounts is delivered as requested to channel partners who introduce clients
o To implement and refine processes and procedures to ensure smooth running of operations
o To interface with people implementing our IT system to ensure it is delivering to the requirements of the Investor
Services team
o To ensure that all services are delivered according to the firm’s Compliance management standards
o Product development: to participate in all task forces charged with developing new products and services and to champion the investor experience in these task forces
