INVESTOR RELATIONS ANALYST

Lowe?s Investor Relations (IR) integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to effectively communicate with investors and analysts, contributing to the fair valuation of our securities. The IR Analyst is responsible for marketing to retail investors, including developing a marketing plan and managing both the IR mailbox and phone line. Additionally, the Analyst manages the Lowe?s IR website, proposing new content, developing project plans and working with the website provider to update the site. The Analyst also: ? Helps prepare executive management for quarterly earnings releases by compiling a quarterly analysis package, preparing reconciliations and developing the quarterly review schedule ? Drafts press releases for quarterly earnings and the Analyst Investor Conference ? Develops annual report written and visual content ? Participates in logistical planning for the annual Analyst Investor Conference ? Develops financial slides and talking points for the Annual Meeting ? Proposes institutional investors to target for ongoing investor outreach, develops the investor outreach calendar, and develops investor summaries for executive reference ? Prepares quarterly reporting on the effectiveness of the Lowe?s IR program ? Performs other ad hoc analyses and responds to information requests as necessary POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics. Experience in Investor Relations is beneficial. Candidates must have 3-5 years experience with a public company or in a public accounting firm. Candidates must also be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates with prior experience in investor relations, external reporting, corporate accounting or financial analysis should highlight these skills. CPA, CFA, CMA, and / or MBA desired, but optional. OTHER ? Must be eligible to work within the United States for any employer. ? This position is eligible for relocation. ?
