Company Description
Our client is a multi-national pharmaceutical corporation headquartered in Hong Kong. It is devoted primarily to the research and development, production and sales of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare products. To cope with their fast expanding business, they are now inviting a high calibre IR Corporate Communications professional to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement corporate brand building, corporate communications and investor relations strategies
• Establish and maintain relations with investors, fund managers, analysts, government departments, media and related institutions
• Develop and manage corporate website, and produce annual report, interim report, circulars, press release, corporate literature, etc.
• Ensure all collaterals in line with corporate identity guidelines while maintaining effective and efficient investor relations
• Organize AGM, press conference, roadshows, investor presentations, gala dinner, etc.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in respective discipline
• At least 15 year experience in investor relations and corporate communications in sizeable listed companies or agencies or 3 year experience in a similar position, experience in pharmaceuticals and resources industries preferred
• Have a very high profile in the market and strong contacts with investors, fund managers, analysts, government departments, media and related institutions
• Familiar with listing rules and statutory requirements of HKEx and SFO
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Hands on, multi-tasks and able to work under pressure
