Investor Relations Manager recruitment
Main Responsibilities:
• Quarterly financial reporting
• Work with GCFO to determine communication strategy, including key messages
• Preparation of results press releases, investor presentation packs, call scripts etc
• Track reporting preparation (CCD, Finance, Financial Dynamics)
• Organize and manage quarterly conference calls, lead by GCFO, to review results
• Publish Results documentation, UPDATED Fact Sheet etc. on webpage
• Prepare Results Call Report identifying questions and key responses
• Meet with Analysts Investors (AI)
• Communicate bank performance and results to AI
• Serve as primary liaison between the bank and the investor community
• Maintain and develop relationships with AI; improve/increase coverage of the Bank
• Improve the understanding/impression/regard of the bank among key AI
• Prepare Call Reports for meetings with AI to record questions asked, issues etc
• Participate in deal/non-deal road shows and other investor meetings
• Represent bank at Investor Relations Society – Qatar Chapter
• Maintain the Investor Relations webpage
• Manage Investor Relations webpage including regular updates of publications etc.
• Continuous review to improve content for AI
• Research Reports reporting
• Internal communication of research reports on bank. Key themes and issues
• Shareholder Analysis
• Prepare monthly shareholder analysi, identifying key trends/shareholder movements
• Stock Performance
• Facilitate improved shareholder value through outperformance of the share price compared with the QE index
• AGM: Assist with invitations to, and attendance at, AGM
• IMF: Assist with arrangements for annual IMF conference
Academic Qualification/Work Experience Competencies required:
• Finance qualification (Professional, MBA or Degree)
• Preferred Skills Proficient in: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Arabic language beneficial but not necessary
