As the firm goes from success to success an opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director based in Sydney. Client work will include day to day advice on investor relations and communications strategy, including senior counsel to management and boards of ASX listed and non-listed companies. In particular you will work closely with board and management when they are involved in corporate activity such as MA, acquisitions, divestments and trade sales.
It is expected that you will have a finance related undergraduate degree, and you may well have a post graduate qualification. Experience in investment banking or ECM will be highly regarded. An understanding of corporate transactions is essential.
