INVESTOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST Job in Milan, Lombardia Italy
Our client is a leading Italian multinational company listed on the Italian stock exchange.
In order to strengthen its Investor relations dept, they are looking for the:
INVESTOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Reporting directly to the Investor Relations Manager, his/her primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
· Front end activity with investors and sell-side analysts focused on commercial and strategic positioning of company, as well as feedback on equity research and company valuation model;
· Analysis and study of relevant information (regulatory, competitive, commercial and financials) focused on preparing company presentations for Top Management;
· Organization and participation of broker conferences / road-show for Top Management;
· Development of financial model to support target setting process as well as MA deal.
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have:
- degree in Economics ;
- 5- 8 years of tax experience as Equity Analyst within international Merchant Banks;
- excellent analysis and problem solving skills as well as team working
- Strong management skills to coordinate internal and external partners, proactive approach, effective communication and strong English both oral and written complete the profile.
- Nice to have Spanish knowledge.
