Invoicing Team Administrator

A newly created position has become available to work in small but perfectly established team to assist with the administration of the invoicing.

You will be responsible for processing and sorting the post, ensuring that it has been passed to the relevant individual
Dealing with incoming calls
Arranging meetings and assessments
Maintain an accurate filing system
Typing of complex documents
Stationery orders

This is a temporary position that is to start as soon as possible, this is a position that is for an ongoing period of time.
