Must have 3+ years of Patent Prosecution experience.
Our client, a Boston law firm, is looking for an IP Floating Secretary. Duties for this position would include the following:
· Providing support to the Partners, Associates and Technical Specialists.
· Maintaining US and Foreign portfolios.
· Preparing and processing Patent and Trademark prosecutions documents and PCT applications.
In addition to relative experience, a successful candidate should have the following:
· Ability to work with many different personalities.
· Strong stable background.
· 4 year degree a plus.
