IR/FX Front Office Support Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
· Provide IT Support to the Interest Rates / Foreign Exchange ('IRFX') Flow and FX Hybrid business (Trading, Research), as well as their support teams (Middle Office, Market Risk).
· Develop and Maintain the Risk/Pricing systems used by FI Front Office and Middle Office, in close collaboration with our partners in the fixed income research (quants) team, in response to customer needs
· Ensure accurate and reliable Risk and P/L delivery to the business on a daily basis.
· Provide tactical solutions to trading problems as required by the desk in the case that no global solution is immediately available, at the same time seeking longer term solutions
· Implement solutions within the framework of the technology strategy of BNP Paribas.
· Efficiently collaborate with other members of the team across Asia Pacific such as HK and Tokyo, as well as with the teams in London and NY.
· Manage requirements end to end (including liaising with other IT groups, and internal/external technology providers
· Perform integration testing and contribute to smooth rollout of global system releases to IRFX Flow and FX Hybrid business in the region
· Assist the research team in testing / regression testing new models
Requirements:
· University Degree in a technical or quantitative field
· Experience with Excel / VBA / SQL
· Exposure to a scripting language (Ruby, Python, …)
· Some level of knowledge on financial products
· FO support experience desired
