ISDA Legal Counsel – APAC Regional Exposure – Highly Successful Global Bank – Nice Environment recruitment
You will join a professional team of 10 and have the excellent exposure around APAC regional.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support documents, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Netting Agreements and any other relevant documentation and subsequent amendments. You will be liaising with other related department, like Legal, risk and operation closely to response to the inquiries. You will also be responsible for updating of documentation tracking system.
Desired Skills:
• 5-10 years of ISDA Documentation Negotiation experience from a Bank or other Financial Institutions
• Degree holder from a reputable organization
• Self-motivated, dynamic and able to take on challenges, team player, pro-active, efficient
