ACS has the following position open for an IT Business Continuity Compliance Analyst: Review SBU Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and related IT Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) to protect and recover IT systems and ensure timely resumption of critical business operations in case of emergencies or disasters; ensure completeness, accuracy and adherence to applicable ACS, corporate Xerox, and industry standards; provide gap analysis for improvement and updates. Manage assigned components of master BCP maintenance calendar; ensure minimum of annual updates and other revisions in accordance with audit and customer requirements. Support to SBU and IT staff for BCP and IT DRP production and updates; serve as Business-IT liaison as required. Manage assigned components of master BCP/DRP testing calendar; ensure minimum of annual execution and periodically in accordance with audit and customer requirements. Coordinate the planning and execution of business continuity and IT disaster recovery exercises, including the retrieval of off-site media, 3rd party vendor activities, resumption of business processes, and network communications requirements. Assist in the identification and selection of off-site and alternative locations, storage facilities and resources for business operations resumption and IT service continuity. Provide coordination and support of internal and external audits / assessments. Provide administrative oversight of document repository; ensure appropriate version control and access of necessary documentation, test results and other pertinent artifacts. Identify and document corrective actions for areas of improvement in business continuity and disaster recovery processes, procedures, and infrastructure. Support related initiatives (e.g., DBAR, CMDB, Security, etc.) and other duties as assigned. Experience 3 or more years in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery roles, Project Management, and/or Technology Operations. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of appropriate industry and regulatory standards such as ITIL, SAS-70 / SSAE 16, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO and ISO/IEC. Familiarity with appropriate BC/DR standards such as NFPA 1600, BSI BS25999, and DRII/DRJ GAP. Business continuity certification such as ABCP, CBCP, or MBCP. Information Technology background / experience. Solid understanding of QA and testing protocols and methodologies. Project management experience and/or related certification (e.g., PMP). Ability to work effectively and independently in a matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Proficient in personal productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Visio).
