IT Change Project Manager (> 10 years experience) recruitment
This candidate will be working on a long- term IT strategic change program that will be taking place in the organization. This position will be accountable for ensuring that fit-for-purpose frameworks exist for the delivery of multiple and varied IT projects and driving organisational change across the business. The successful candidate for this position will be tasked with developing and standardising clear strategies, processes and documentation and driving change throughout the organisation.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from a strong Project Management / Programme Management background with clear evidence of Change Management.
It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience delivering BOTH IT Infrastructure and IT Development projects on time and to budget.
Key responsibilities of this position will include all of the below:
- Plan the analysis, design, development, implementation testing of all IT projects
- Support the delivery of IT projects successfully - on time within budget
- Decide, agree ensure adherence to companywide Project methodologies
- Interpret the implications of the business strategy for the Project Change Portfolio
- Lead Change processes across the company to ensure consistent strategic alignment
