IT Customer Change Manager
My client is a well known Edinburgh based retail bank, currently recruiting for a change manager position within the commercial change space.
Your job will involve supporting the Customer Team in the delivery of their processes, including data transformation and reporting. You will act as a bridge between commercial change and IT, ensuring that systems and IT processes support the customer team in their deliverables across retention and acquisition of customers.
You will help shape and deliver change within the customer area, and be involved in data transformation as a part of this also. Any experience working on an integration or migration programme would be ideal.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role, with an excellent salary and benefits package including bonus and pension contributions.
