Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Credit IT, this position will deliver large, complex technology projects that align with the strategic business direction for Commercial Credit Risk. This individual will lead teams to support the business goals and is accountable for the day-to-day work of IT managers, senior professionals and virtual teams. They will create and execute against a capabilities roadmap, communicate strategies and foster collaboration across IT teams and business partners. Strong people leadership is required, including the ability to influence key decision makers.

In terms of performance and personal competencies, a successful candidate will possess the following:

Solid understanding of credit products and the role technology plays in supporting Commercial Credit Risk.

Promotes culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries and willing to champion change to optimize business results.

Strong execution focus and a demonstrated track record for leading large, complex initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness. History of setting and attaining stretch goals, establishing and meeting aggressive timelines, and achieving exceptional performance in a heavily matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large, complex, Information Technology projects by leading project teams to deliver business solutions and drive IT integration

- Lead and develop direct reports
- Partner with business to develop new strategies and identify gaps in IT services and systems for clients. Manage client relationships by consulting on business needs.

- Manage budget forecasts and capital and operational expenditures

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-7 years of experience working for a large Financial Services organization

- 5-7 years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure
- 5-7 years of experience in Communication and Influencing

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Credit Risk IT

- 5 years of experience in People/Personnel Management
- 10 years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure

- Subject matter expertise in Commerical Credit Risk Ratings (PD/LGD), Collateral Management, Stress Testing, Basel II and Regulatory Reporting
