A fantastic opportunity has arisen for First Line Support Analysts to join our flourishing contractual service management team, to manage the services delivered to a high profile customer in Milton Keynes

The role requires you to provide client users with front line helpdesk support and perform a range of technical tasks with any hardware and software issues. You will be taking inbound calls from users with technical issues and resolving these promptly as well as providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Other responsibilities include, troubleshooting Microsoft software issues with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within an IT Service Desk support role gained from within a contact centre, with a strong understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. You will have good knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Windows 7 as well as having experience of Blackberry Enterprise Server.
