About the Job
I would like to hear from commercially experienced IT Helpdesk support professionals that are considering their next career move. With clients ranging from large government organisations to small private sector businesses, we currently have multiple opportunities for the right candidates.
To be considered, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications and a minimum of 2 years recent helpdesk experience.
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer focus, ability to deal with a variety of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Solid desktop/laptop hardware and printers support knowledge
- Experience supporting MS desktops/networks
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Microsoft AD Exchange experience will be held in high regard as well as previous experience working within a government organisation.
