A Refined and Recognised Professional services organisation requires an experienced Helpdesk Officer to join their customer focused team.
As an integral member of the team you will continue their excellent work in providing a high standard of customer service. As the first point of contact you will take ownership of customers’ queries and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

You will be an experienced Helpdesk Officer ideally from a professional services background with exceptional communication skills. Providing customer focused software, network, mobile device and PC support will be second nature.
You will have skills and experience in modern workplace technologies including the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS in a WAN environment, peripheral and mobile device support.
This is a temporary position initially with opportunity to go permanent after a short period of time. An excellent hourly rate is on offer along with a fantastic working environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
