IT Infrastructure Manager, Bahrain recruitment
The ideal candidate has to manage teams (Helpdesk/Infrastructure) as well as be in charge of the overall technology infrastructure growth maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security access levels and audit information flows.
- Ensure successful DR and backup during drills and real life scenarios.
- Make recommendations for the purchase of new hardware/software.
- Ability to do root cause analysis and troubleshooting on complex IT issues.
- Refine policies and procedures for IT Infrastructure (Data Center Helpdesk Support).
- Manage planning and implementation of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeframe to support company.
- Ensure accessibility of current hardware and software, including familiarity with all hardware and software and network operating system.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications to be an Engineering or Science Graduate with Majors in Electronics/IT as well as certified on popular platforms like Microsoft CISCO (MCSE/CCNP/ITIL/PMP).
- Solid IT experience- both hands on technical expertise and business understanding in Financial Technology Domain in the GCC.
- Knowledge of telephony, email and internet programs, network systems, network administration and network installation, troubleshooting, and hardware/software programs and systems.
- Have the right mix of infrastructure skills on Microsoft Platform, Cisco Networking, Related Data center expertise Project Management skills.
- Should be agile and adaptive to growing and dynamic business needs with strong relational skills.
- Strategic thinking in order to align IT objectives to help the firm’s Business goals.
