IT Infrastructure Support Analyst recruitment

 Provide Desktop support to trading floor/ middle office and back office functions:
 

Workstation and desktop support – Break fix and service request delivery :

• Troubleshooting Desktop environment

• Building and deploying workstations for Premium/ Trading floor users

• Liaison with the Engineering Team for build specific issues for desktops and laptops

• Escalation of issues/ problems to appropriate owners/ teams

• Blackberry troubleshooting and support

• Desktop multimedia and video conference

• Accurately book time in BOW and TES systems

• MDS Application support and troubleshooting

• IT Equipment move co-ordination

• Inventory management

• Goods received process co-ordination, 7am to 7pm/ 5 day support, rotated on a roster system with occasional out of hours and weekend work

• Standalone PC support for 3rd party applications including Exchange terminal support (TFX, TSE)

• Pilot testing of new hardware

• Root cause analysis, attend bi-weekly global call with engineering. Liaise with product owner or engineering

• Remote support for home workers (5 users )

• BCP inventory management, maintenance and support (i.e. Isolation testing, Periodic readiness check)

• Site power down/ up support activities and annual Isolation testing

• Executive support out of hours. Champion nominated from existing RTB resource

• APAC Morning Production Readiness call

• Point of contact assigned per business stream to monitor and maintain service levels (Japan). Specifically identifying risks and implementing cost-savings initiatives.

• Variety of activities aimed at satisfying either on-site or off-site conferences marketing events which require IT systems

• Canon MFD support and co-ordination of printer queue moves

• Crisis Management, disaster recovery

• Local regulatory/ legal compliance related activities

• Charity/ Community affairs contribution – IT skills

Project support related activities:

• Support Participation in Desktop project initiatives (DTP, MPS, SNOW, MARS, LYNC)

• Contribute to non EUS initiated regional/ global/ site projects

REQUIREMENTS

Language Skills:

Bilingual: Advanced business-level Japanese / Advance business-level English

Essential Technical Skills:

Qualifications:

MCSA or MCSE highly preferred

ITIL foundation certification would be an added advantage

Bachelor degree in Technology or equivalent experience desirable
