The Manager Network and Voice Communications role is to develop, implement and define support processes for the voice and data infrastructure in a 24x7x365 critical services environment. Position is a working manager role requiring working knowledge of voice and data networks, security systems, network management protocols, network architecture, and best practices. A person in this position must keep abreast of industry trends, various regulatory requirements, technology advancements, and use the collective of information to establish and execute technology strategies to support the business operation. The Manager must possess an extensive background in data and voice communications practice including hands on experience with hardware and software. Responsible for the overall performance and availability of security systems, LAN, WAN and wireless networks.
