IT PMO/ Project Management Assistant

We are looking for a PMO to work on one of our major banking client
The responsibility of this person will be to help in resolving all the day to day work that are there on an investment banking account that includes:
- Producing a series of reports, partially financial/costs, and partially on the KPI's we need to provide for the bank.
- Keeping the contact of our onsite staff to resolve the immediate problems (how to report, fill in time sheets, etc, lost their login to PMC, holiday and vacation tracking).
- Ensure that the expense reporting is accurate.
- Do any admin that is necessary for the Banks engagement governance meetings.
- Talk to the staff to understand if they have any grievances.
- Keep track of reviews, bonuses, targets, arrange appraisals.
- Organize the training programs for the onsite staff.
- Coordinate the recruitment with the recruiters, technical interviewers and clients.
Additionally:
- The person needs to be extremely precise and punctual with all the report/work he does
- Needs to work independently
- Good task management and time management
- HR experience is desirable.
- PMO Experience is desirable.
- Drive activities independently, or coaching/educating people.
- The person might need to work onsite at the banks site
- Excellent communication skills are required.
