IT Procurement Business Partner/Lead recruitment
Through the assessment and development of the current and future UK sourcing strategy you will ensure that resource solutions to execute major IT requirements are achieved in the most effective way for our UK business, and compliment global category and off shoring strategies.
Directing the Business Partner teams; you will be the primary interface for the Operating Companies where you will be expected to build effective relationships at all levels (inc IT Director, COO, CFO and Programme Managers).
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience working within a financial / insurance institution essential
- Extensive IT procurement experience (IT Software / IT Services)
- Proven experience of leading an IT procurement team, specifically in large, complex projects
- Expertise in all facets of commercial contracts, including assignment, dispute resolution, termination and general drafting
- Strong commercial awareness with proven influencing and negotiation skills
- Superb communications skills at all level with the ability to deliver high-level presentations
- Strong analytical skills
