Required Skills

Significant experience managing a blend of contract types; including Firmed Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus, and Time Material (TM). Experienced working under pressure and within tight deadlines. Consistently deliver results. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing mission critical applications in support of a business area portfolio. Excellent project management skills in planning, executing, and reporting program activities. Excellent customer relationship management with superior communications and interpersonal skills. Strong financial management and reporting capabilities. Knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). Extensive Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.

Specific Job Description

Perform the role of Service Area Lead (SAL) by providing program management support to the FDIC Strategic Resource Management portfolio consisting of 54 applications. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical resources to ensure quality service delivery of Operational Maintenance activities as well and new development and application enhancement. Drive IT Strategy, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), process engineering and adoption using CMMI and RUP methodologies, change and problem management, quality assurance, risk and project management. Manage project schedules and resources, provide tactical and strategic risk mitigation, oversee service area financial management through the execution of Cost Account Management (CAM) and reporting and provide customer intimacy through positive partnering and collaboration. Ensure all Lockheed Martin deliverables and SLA's are met in a timely manner and to the highest of quality standards.
