IT Project Manager – Custody recruitment
Integrated Custody is a major strategic initiative to re-architect the SFS Clearing and Custody core system set to deliver a custody service that will leverage Citi's Global network capabilities.
The role will involve working with the technology and business subject matter experts primarily responsibile for the Wintel group's deliverables including task planning, scheduling, QA liaison, financials, coordinating with other Integrated Custody work streams and reporting to both the technology and business working and governance groups.
- Definition of project deliverables.
- Definition of project tasks.
- Management of task scheduling including resource allocation.
- Management of project budget.
- Tracking of project deliverables.
- Management ofproject risks and issues.
- Liaison and co-ordination of project activities with the program manager and peer workstreams.
- Reporting of project status to peer workkstream, program manager and project stakeholders.
- Management of projects compliance with audit standards.
Skills
- Planning and organizing including delegation.
- Leadership including influencing and conflict management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Industry recognised qualification in project management e.g. Prince2 PMI.
- Working knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in people management.
- Proven experience of large complex project delivery.
- Clearing and custody domain knowledge prefferred but not essential.
- Proven experience of change and release management.
