IT SalesExecutive / Account Manager

This position is almost 100% sales-oriented. The Account Executive isresponsible for creating a client base by generating and pursuing prospectiveclient leads. The successful candidate will use proven sales techniques touncover potential clients and enhance relationships with existing clients. Thisposition is also responsible for building and maintaining client accounts inresponse to the client’s ever-growing technical staffing and IT developmentneeds.

Specific responsibilities include:


• Setting up and attending regular client meetings
• Gathering requirements from clients, and submitting prospectiveconsultants/solutions to meet those client needs
• Obtaining minimum targeted Gross Margins
• Writing project proposals tailored to specific client needs
• Focus on selling all service offerings

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years successful experience in providing IT solutionsand staff augmentation services
• Candidate MUST have prior experience with an IT staffing orconsulting firm in greater Chicago area markets
• Experienced in the “Solutions Selling” and high value IT staffingprocess, including:
     - finding qualified opportunities,
     - uncovering business needs/requirements
     - providing solutions that solve the client’sIT business issues and add value to the client’s operation
• Must be familiar with industry standard and common informationtechnology terminology, companies with leading market share in the IT industryand typical personnel skill sets within the IT industry.
