IT Senior Analyst Job in London 43140, Ohio Us
1. Effectively supports the end user departments in the areas of, but not limited to, consultation, troubleshooting, training, data gathering, report production, direction and guidance relating to the effective use of the installed Hospital Information Systems (HIS) application modules and currently installed technical support systems.
2. Efficiently develops effective project management plans to allow the successful implementation/upgrade of any new or existing application or technical infrastructure system. This would include design, development, testing, implementation, education and monitoring of processes post install and coordinating corrections as indicated.
3. Will collaborate with the Director, IT to maintain a knowledge base of all IT Departmental administrative, application and technical functions and will be required to perform said duties as required and designated.
