IT Service Manager recruitment
As an IT Service Continuity Manager your major accountabilities will include:
Continuously develop the IT Service Continuity Strategy and provide regular reports to Steering Committees.
Being the IT expert for standards, principles and requirements also promoting these standards.
Ensuring appropriate ownership by IT Management of any identified issues and risks related to IT Service Continuity.
To provide 24x7 on-call crisis management support for any emergency that may require activation of all or part of the Business Continuity Plan.
Development, implementation and testing of IT/Business Continuity plans.
Ensure the compliance of IT projects with IT Service Continuity requirements and standards.
Responsible of global oversight of application resilience for FSA reporting.
Day to day responsibilities include staff management, hiring, motivation, appraisals, performance management.
Ownership of IT testing programme ensuring annual validation of critical infrastructure and applications and reporting.
